Seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for clients, predominantly within the property sector.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to lead teams confidently. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client relationships

  • Oversee the delivery of projects through the creative studio

  • Lead and motivate teams to ensure efficient working and outstanding results

  • Compile and manage project budgets, timelines and forecasts

  • Lead campaign briefs and contribute to creative direction

  • Coordinate workflow, deadlines and studio resource

  • Report on campaign activity and performance

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ brands, products and markets

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a creative agency environment

  • Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting and reporting

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience managing and mentoring direct reports

  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
