Seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for clients, predominantly within the property sector.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to lead teams confidently. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key client relationships

Oversee the delivery of projects through the creative studio

Lead and motivate teams to ensure efficient working and outstanding results

Compile and manage project budgets, timelines and forecasts

Lead campaign briefs and contribute to creative direction

Coordinate workflow, deadlines and studio resource

Report on campaign activity and performance

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ brands, products and markets
Key Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a creative agency environment

Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting and reporting

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
