We’re working with a creatively led branding and communications agency specialising in wellbeing-focused brands, delivering strategically driven, creatively distinctive work across strategy, design and communications. Their clients span FMCG, health and wellness, and they’re known for producing brand worlds that are both creatively strong and commercially effective.
They’re now looking for a hands-on Design Director — or a strong Senior Designer ready to step up — to play a key role in shaping creative output and leading high-profile branding projects. You’ll remain close to the work, leading by example through craft, concept and delivery, while partnering closely with strategy, account and client teams. Over time, there is genuine scope for this role to grow into a broader creative leadership / management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver FMCG-led branding projects from concept through to final execution
- Set and uphold high creative standards across brand identity and campaign work
- Act as creative lead on key accounts, presenting ideas and guiding clients
- Work hands-on across design, art direction and creative problem-solving
- Collaborate closely with strategy and account teams to ensure work is strategically sound
- Support and mentor designers as the role develops
- Contribute to the agency’s creative direction and future growth
Key Skills
- Strong experience in FMCG branding within a creative or branding agency
- Health or wellness brand experience is highly desirable
- Currently operating as a Design Director or Senior Designer ready to step up
- Confident, hands-on designer with a strong portfolio of brand work
- Comfortable leading creatively without ego — collaborative, grounded, and pragmatic
- Experience presenting to clients and leading creative conversations
