This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how work flows through a high-performing creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery, workflow and traffic across the creative studio
  • Own project timelines, resourcing and priorities across multiple brands and workstreams
  • Triage incoming briefs, challenge unclear inputs and translate requests into clear, actionable tasks
  • Strengthen studio processes, briefing quality and feedback loops
  • Run regular resourcing sessions, balancing capacity and workload across the team
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and communication
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks and blockers early, resolving issues before they impact delivery
  • Maintain clear visibility of studio priorities, progress and delivery health
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, operations and finance teams
  • Create a calm, structured and well-organised studio environment that enables creative excellence

Key Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in project or studio management within a creative, design or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and studio operations
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator, able to build trust and push back when required
  • Detail-driven, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, supportive and calm under pressure
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys improving ways of working
