Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with an Account Director and cross-disciplinary teams to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and day-to-day communications, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while keeping creativity at the heart of the process
- Own the delivery of multiple branding and packaging design projects across 5-6 high-profile, global clients
- Collaborate with creative, strategic, and production teams to deliver high-impact work on time and within budget
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
- Proactively manage resourcing, workflow, and project milestones
- Support the wider team in driving project excellence and efficiency
Key Skills:
- 4+ years experience of account management in a top tier packaging brand design agency
- An effective and collaborative communicator, able to connect with all stakeholders, both internal and external, quickly winning their trust and confidence
- A roll your sleeves up, “can do” mindset
- Collaborative way of working and love for working with clients
- Amazing attention to detail and meticulously organised, able to manage multiple priorities and with a knack for problem solving
- Confident financial management skills
