Key Responsibilities:

Act as a senior, client-facing lead across multiple accounts, building trusted relationships and becoming a strategic partner to clients.

Take a proactive, strategic approach to client conversations, demonstrating deep understanding of categories, competitors and market trends.

Lead packaging design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, clarity of process and strong commercial outcomes.

Identify opportunities to grow accounts through strategic thinking, new ideas and deeper client engagement.

Translate client objectives into clear, inspiring briefs for internal creative teams and guide projects through delivery.

Confidently manage day-to-day project tracking, timelines, budgets and resourcing while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Work closely with the Head of Client Services and senior stakeholders to shape strategic recommendations and presentations.

Support and mentor more junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and positive studio environment.

Represent the agency professionally in meetings, workshops and informal client interactions, strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager (or equivalent) within a creative, branding or packaging design agency.
- Strong background in packaging design projects, ideally within beauty, wellness, personal care, food and drink categories.
- Strategic mindset with a genuine passion for branding — someone who naturally researches competitors, trends and market dynamics.
- Confident relationship-builder with experience managing and growing client accounts.
- Experience working with both established global brands and emerging challenger or start-up brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client conversations with insight and credibility.
- Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative, approachable and positive, aligning well with a relaxed, friendly studio culture.
