Luxury Lifestyle Brand | London | 4 days office-based

I’m partnering with a globally renowned ultra-luxury lifestyle brand whose mission is to create transformative hotels, resorts, residences, experiences and products that redefine modern luxury. Guided by a strong set of values — individuality, exploration, ownership and community — the brand fosters a culture where exceptional talent can thrive and leave a lasting impact.  They are now looking to appoint a Design Lead / Design Director to play a key role within their in-house design and brand team.This is a senior, hands-on position combining creative leadership with the delivery of complex, high-end design work, ensuring everything produced meets the brand’s exacting luxury standards.

The Role

  • Leading the design and delivery of complex brand assets, including brand guidelines and high-end print collateral
  • Overseeing and guiding in-house and external Senior Designers and Technical Artworkers
  • Ensuring absolute consistency with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and design principles
  • Responding to briefs with creativity, clarity and commercial awareness
  • Collaborating closely with internal brand, design and wider business teams

About You

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the design industry, ideally within a creative agency environment
  • A strong portfolio of luxury brand work, demonstrating a refined, detail-driven aesthetic aligned with high-end hospitality
  • Confident balancing hands-on design with leadership and oversight
  • Experienced working across print and brand systems
  • Residential sector experience is a bonus
  • Comfortable working in-office 4 days per week, collaborating closely with an in-house team
