This is a studio that values organisation, transparency and operational excellence just as highly as creative output. The Operations & Finance Manager plays a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the operational and financial backbone of the studio
  • Manage the full monthly invoicing cycle, including issuing, tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate budget records and provide spend visibility across multiple brands
  • Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, procurement workflows and documentation
  • Set up and manage SOWs, NDAs and vendor contracts, owning the end-to-end signature process
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and improve operational systems, trackers and templates
  • Manage high volumes of operational and financial data, including time tracking, spend and invoicing cycles
  • Oversee onboarding, access and compliance for new starters
  • Produce clear monthly operational and financial reporting
  • Support senior leadership with operational clarity and administrative needs
  • Keep the studio running in a calm, organised and predictable way

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations, finance, studio management or a similar role
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident managing invoicing, budgets, reconciliation and financial tracking
  • Comfortable handling contracts, supplier management and compliance processes
  • Strong systems thinker, able to manage large datasets and build efficient processes
  • Clear, professional communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Proactive, solution-focused and calm under pressure
  • Experience in a creative, design or agency environment is advantageous
  • No-ego mindset, happy to support the wider team where needed
