This is a studio that values organisation, transparency and operational excellence just as highly as creative output. The Operations & Finance Manager plays a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational and financial backbone of the studio
- Manage the full monthly invoicing cycle, including issuing, tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate budget records and provide spend visibility across multiple brands
- Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, procurement workflows and documentation
- Set up and manage SOWs, NDAs and vendor contracts, owning the end-to-end signature process
- Work closely with Finance, Legal and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and improve operational systems, trackers and templates
- Manage high volumes of operational and financial data, including time tracking, spend and invoicing cycles
- Oversee onboarding, access and compliance for new starters
- Produce clear monthly operational and financial reporting
- Support senior leadership with operational clarity and administrative needs
- Keep the studio running in a calm, organised and predictable way
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in operations, finance, studio management or a similar role
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident managing invoicing, budgets, reconciliation and financial tracking
- Comfortable handling contracts, supplier management and compliance processes
- Strong systems thinker, able to manage large datasets and build efficient processes
- Clear, professional communicator who works well cross-functionally
- Proactive, solution-focused and calm under pressure
- Experience in a creative, design or agency environment is advantageous
- No-ego mindset, happy to support the wider team where needed
