Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring creative integrity is maintained throughout
- Develop strong, original design ideas across brand identity and multi-platform creative work
- Work closely with the wider design and creative teams to deliver high-quality, strategically driven outcomes
- Take ownership of projects, managing priorities, workflows and creative direction
- Present work confidently and clearly to both internal teams and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting ongoing account development
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to the overall creative direction of the studio
- Support client presentations, shoots and art direction, both in and out of the studio
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Senior Designer role within a leading agency environment
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to execute ideas to a high standard
- Experience working across multiple design platforms and brand touchpoints
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and After Effects
- Experience delivering work across a range of sectors and client types
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
