A world-class luxury hospitality and branded residences group known for exceptional design, unforgettable experiences and a portfolio of globally iconic properties. The Freelance Producer will play a key role in bringing the brand’s story to life through high-end visual content, particularly for branded residences across a range of international locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of photography and video shoots for branded residences and luxury hospitality locations, from planning through delivery.

  • Manage all shoot logistics including scheduling, location liaison, travel arrangements, permits, crew bookings and equipment coordination.

  • Confidently negotiate rates and contracts with vendors, talent, suppliers and locations to deliver premium production outcomes within budget.

  • Work directly with hotels, residence teams and brand partners to secure access, manage onsite needs and represent the brand professionally at all times.

  • Travel internationally approximately every 2–3 months for two-week shoots, overseeing production execution and ensuring content meets creative and brand standards.

  • Collaborate with internal creative, marketing and communications teams to understand briefs, translate brand priorities into compelling visual content, and manage asset delivery.

  • Anticipate and solve production challenges, adapting quickly to changing schedules, locations or requirements while maintaining a calm, solutions-driven approach.

  • Maintain comprehensive budgets, production reports, vendor records and post-production schedules.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a freelance producer or line producer on high-end photo and video productions – ideally in hospitality, luxury property, travel or branded content.

  • Confident and experienced in negotiating rates, contracts and logistics with crew, vendors and partners.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, travel requirements and multi-location shoots.

  • Excellent communicator able to liaise effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders and onsite crews.

  • Comfortable working independently while delivering high-quality results under tight timelines.

  • Experience working with global teams and travel logistics is essential.

  • A calm, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
