Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute high-quality design work across brand, digital and print touchpoints, bringing strategic concepts to life with craft, clarity and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists and producers to develop visual solutions that meet client objectives and elevate brand experiences.
- Take ownership of design projects from briefing through to delivery, including concept development, mockups, revisions and final assets.
- Support the studio in maintaining and evolving visual systems, typography, layout standards and brand guidelines across multiple platforms and formats.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and freelancers working on projects, ensuring design quality and consistency.
- Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating design thinking, rationale and creative decisions.
