This is a small, highly regarded brand agency specialising in place and property branding, with around 75% of their work in this space. The studio works with a mix of neighbourhoods, destinations, property developers and hospitality clients, alongside a select number of consumer and cultural brands — offering both focus and variety.

The team is close-knit (circa 10 people), genuinely busy, and this is a new role created due to growth. You’ll be joining a collaborative studio environment where client services and design work closely together, and everyone is hands-on.

The role

They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager, or a strong Account Manager ready to step up, with solid property/place branding experience. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, creatives and clients, managing projects end-to-end and playing a key role in keeping work running smoothly across a busy studio.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver branding projects across place, property and hospitality
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
  • Brief and collaborate closely with creatives, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Oversee timelines, scopes and budgets, flagging risks early and proactively
  • Support organic client growth and contribute to new business where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively within a small team, taking ownership and responsibility

Key skills

  • Proven experience in place and/or property branding (essential)
  • Experience as a Senior Account Manager, or an Account Manager ready to step up
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a small agency environment where everyone pitches in
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • A genuine interest in branding, placemaking and the built environment
