Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across branding, digital and integrated workstreams
  • Oversee client onboarding and support supplier/freelancer onboarding
  • Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets and resource plans
  • Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production) and external suppliers
  • Maintain clarity on priorities, dependencies and deliverables across projects
  • Support meeting coordination, logistics and day-to-day project operations

Key skills & experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a creative, branding or marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows and delivery processes
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working closely with finance, creatives and senior stakeholders
