Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the design of compelling brand identities and visual systems for a diverse range of clients, ensuring work is visually striking, conceptually strong and strategically grounded.

Collaborate with brand strategists, art directors and project leads to interpret briefs into high-quality design solutions across logo, typography, colour systems, layouts, motion and digital touchpoints.

Develop detailed design work and production-ready deliverables, maintaining high standards from initial concept through to final execution.

Provide creative mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contractors, fostering a constructive, collaborative studio environment.

Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and, where applicable, to clients with clarity, confidence and professional presence.

Adapt to evolving project requirements, manage time effectively across multiple briefs, and maintain consistent workflows within tight deadlines.

Contribute to the continuous evolution of the agency’s design approaches, tools and processes, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Key Skills:

Extensive experience as a senior or lead designer in a branding, design or creative agency context, with an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates conceptual rigour and diverse visual capability.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant digital design platforms.

Excellent visual communication, typography, layout and colour theory skills, with demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital media.
