Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic vision and development across diverse client engagements, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and cultural context.
  • Define and articulate insight-driven strategies that shape brand, destination and experience frameworks from discovery through activation.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of strategists, researchers and planners, fostering excellence and collaborative thinking.
  • Partner closely with creative, research, design and delivery teams to integrate strategy into all client and internal outputs.
  • Represent strategy leadership with senior stakeholders, guiding decision-making and influencing project outcomes.
  • Drive thought leadership externally and internally, contributing to new business development and strategic positioning of the agency.

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience leading strategy in brand, experience or place-making contexts, ideally within a multidisciplinary agency environment.

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling strategic frameworks.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience mentoring senior strategists.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of how strategic thinking drives business outcomes.
