Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior strategic lead across key accounts and partnerships, building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Drive commercial performance across accounts, owning revenue growth, forecasting, contract negotiations and overall P&L accountability.
- Lead integrated projects and campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment between brand, marketing, operations and regional teams.
- Translate brand vision and business objectives into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable impact.
- Identify and unlock opportunities for organic growth, new partnerships and cross-portfolio collaboration.
- Oversee and mentor Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, elevating standards of delivery and strategic thinking.
- Contribute to global brand consistency, ensuring every initiative reflects the organisation’s positioning and uncompromising quality standards.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience at Account Director level within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, premium brand or high-end service environments.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex global accounts with confidence and discretion.
- Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of forecasting, budgeting and revenue growth strategies.
