Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day account management for strategic branding and design projects across global clients

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients – building strong relationships and anticipating needs

Coordinate project delivery with internal teams (strategy, design, content, production) ensuring quality outputs on time and on budget

Manage project timelines, resourcing and financial tracking, including forecasting and profitability reporting

Actively contribute to briefs and internal planning to support strategic and creative excellence

Monitor client satisfaction and pro-actively address issues, risks and opportunities

Support business growth by identifying potential upsell opportunities and contributing to new business activity

Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in account management within FMCG & packaging from a top tier brand consultancy, design agency
- Strong client relationship skills with confidence engaging at senior stakeholder level
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail under pressure
- Commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and delivery oversight
- Collaborative mindset – able to work effectively across strategy, creative and delivery teams
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving and opportunity identification
