Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive new business strategy, identifying and securing opportunities across luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture and premium lifestyle sectors
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, funds, hotel brands and UHNW-focused clients, positioning the agency as a strategic partner from concept through to delivery

  • Own the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation and outreach through to pitch, negotiation and conversion

  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and leadership teams to shape compelling, insight-led proposals that reflect the agency’s expertise in brand, design and storytelling

  • Identify emerging market opportunities within branded residences, destination branding and luxury developments, bringing proactive ideas to the business

  • Lead and contribute to pitch processes, including narrative development, commercial structuring and presentation delivery

  • Develop partnerships and networks across the global luxury ecosystem, including developers, hotel groups and investment firms

  • Work alongside senior leadership to define growth strategy across key regions (UK, Europe, Middle East and US)

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring the agency continues to differentiate through creativity, craft and strategic thinking

  • Track pipeline performance, revenue forecasting and conversion rates, ensuring consistent growth and commercial success

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a New Business Director / Business Development Director role within a branding, design, or creative consultancy
  • Strong network across luxury real estate, hospitality, branded residences or premium lifestyle sectors
  • Demonstrable success winning high-value projects and building long-term client relationships
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, storytelling and integrated campaign delivery across physical and digital environments
  • Highly commercial mindset with experience managing pipelines, forecasting and revenue targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite clients
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex client challenges into clear, compelling opportunities
  • Collaborative approach, comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, strategy and production teams
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to global luxury audiences and markets
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and driven, with a passion for building relationships and growing a business
