Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior, client-facing lead across multiple accounts, building trusted relationships and becoming a strategic partner to clients.

  • Take a proactive, strategic approach to client conversations, demonstrating deep understanding of categories, competitors and market trends.

  • Lead packaging design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, clarity of process and strong commercial outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through strategic thinking, new ideas and deeper client engagement.

  • Translate client objectives into clear, inspiring briefs for internal creative teams and guide projects through delivery.

  • Confidently manage day-to-day project tracking, timelines, budgets and resourcing while maintaining a high standard of client service.

  • Work closely with the Head of Client Services and senior stakeholders to shape strategic recommendations and presentations.

  • Support and mentor more junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and positive studio environment.

  • Represent the agency professionally in meetings, workshops and informal client interactions, strengthening long-term partnerships.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager (or equivalent) within a creative, branding or packaging design agency.
  • Strong background in packaging design projects, ideally within beauty, wellness, personal care, food and drink categories.
  • Strategic mindset with a genuine passion for branding — someone who naturally researches competitors, trends and market dynamics.
  • Confident relationship-builder with experience managing and growing client accounts.
  • Experience working with both established global brands and emerging challenger or start-up brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client conversations with insight and credibility.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, approachable and positive, aligning well with a relaxed, friendly studio culture.
