Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output across digital, print and physical environments reflects the agency;s refined, ultra-luxury identity and global standards

  • Oversee brand execution across hotels, resorts and branded residences, maintaining consistency across all customer touchpoints and experiences

  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, marketing and sales teams to align brand strategy with campaign delivery and commercial objectives

  • Lead the development and evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring they remain relevant as the brand expands into new markets and offerings

  • Review and approve creative assets, providing clear direction to ensure excellence in craft, storytelling and visual identity

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, developers and partners to ensure consistent and high-quality brand application across global projects

  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand storytelling and customer experience, particularly across luxury residential and lifestyle environments

  • Conduct regular audits of brand execution across campaigns, properties and platforms, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency

  • Support the growth of the residential and lifestyle portfolio, ensuring seamless integration between hospitality and branded living experiences

  • Stay ahead of trends within luxury, hospitality and design, bringing fresh insight to evolve and strengthen the brand globally

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Brand Manager role within luxury hospitality, real estate, lifestyle or premium consumer brands

  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, aesthetics and customer expectations, with a highly refined creative sensibility

  • Experience working across 360° brand ecosystems, including campaigns, environments, digital platforms and physical touchpoints

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams, senior leadership and external partners

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft and execution excellence across all outputs

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term brand development with day-to-day delivery

  • Experience working on branded residences or high-end property developments is highly desirable

  • Confident communicator, able to articulate and defend brand decisions across a global organisation

  • Culturally aware, with experience working across international markets and luxury audiences

  • Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for building and maintaining world-class brands
