Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day client lead, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s business, brand and commercial objectives.
- Lead the delivery of branding and design projects end-to-end, from initial brief through strategy, creative development and final execution.
- Translate client challenges into clear, inspiring briefs that connect strategic thinking with creative output.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, design, production) to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Manage project timelines, scopes and budgets effectively, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts, supporting business development and long-term partnership building.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and client meetings, confidently communicating strategic and creative rationale.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables, maintaining a strong focus on detail, craft and brand integrity.

- Proven experience in account management within a branding, design or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, identity systems and go-to-market execution.
