Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision across multiple high-profile branding projects, spanning FMCG, beauty, and premium sectors
  • Translate deep strategic insight into distinctive, future-facing brand worlds, ensuring all work is grounded in meaning and purpose
  • Oversee the development of holistic brand systems — from identity and packaging through to full ecosystem rollouts across touchpoints
  • Balance hands-on design involvement with strong creative direction, setting the standard for craft, detail, and innovation
  • Partner closely with strategy teams to shape positioning, architecture, and brand expression from the ground up
  • Guide and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing creative culture
  • Act as a senior voice in client relationships — confidently presenting work, influencing stakeholders, and building long-term partnerships
  • Ensure all outputs are commercially effective, culturally relevant, and capable of driving meaningful consumer connection
  • Champion systems thinking — creating scalable, flexible design frameworks that support complex product portfolios and future growth
  • Mentor senior and midweight designers, elevating both conceptual thinking and executional craft across the studio

Key Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience within leading brand design agencies, with a strong portfolio spanning FMCG and premium/luxury sectors
  • Proven experience in beauty and wellness brands, with an understanding of category codes and opportunities for differentiation
  • Strong systems thinker, able to create holistic brand worlds and scalable identity systems – not just standalone assets
  • Expertise across brand identity, packaging design, and visual storytelling
  • A balance of conceptual thinking and meticulous craft execution
  • Experience leading projects and directing others while remaining hands-on in design development
  • Strong understanding of how strategy informs design, with the ability to translate insight into creative outcomes
  • High level of typographic, layout, and visual design sensitivity
  • Confident communicator and presenter, able to influence both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams (strategy, innovation, production)
  • Passion for creating work that builds meaningful, emotionally resonant connections between brands and people
