Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role on the agency’s largest and most high-profile account, leading day-to-day design output across a global beauty brand
- Develop and evolve brand identity and packaging across a wide range of touchpoints – including rebrands, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
- Translate strategic thinking into compelling, cohesive visual systems that work across complex product portfolios
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, maintaining exceptional craft and attention to detail throughout
- Work closely with Design Directors to shape creative direction, contributing proactively with ideas and solutions
- Act as a senior creative presence within a team of ~15 designers, helping to raise the bar across all output
- Provide guidance and support to midweight and junior designers, offering clear feedback and mentoring where needed
- Collaborate across disciplines (strategy, client services, production) to ensure work is both creatively ambitious and commercially effective
- Bring a systems-thinking approach to all work – ensuring scalability, consistency, and flexibility across multiple SKUs and markets
- Remain hands-on in design development, setting the standard for execution and craft
Key Skills
- 7+ years’ experience in a leading brand or packaging design agency, with a strong portfolio across FMCG and premium sectors
- Proven experience working on beauty or personal care brands, with a clear understanding of category conventions and opportunities to elevate
- A strong systems thinker, able to create and maintain cohesive brand worlds across large, complex product ranges
- Highly skilled in brand identity and packaging design, with excellent typographic and layout sensibility
- Confident taking ownership and leading projects, even within larger team structures
- A balance of conceptual creativity and precise execution – someone who is both ideas-driven and detail-obsessed
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple workstreams, while maintaining consistently high standards
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate design thinking clearly to internal teams
- Experience mentoring or supporting more junior designers
