Key Responsibilities:
- Leads day-to-day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and ensuring a high standard of delivery across all projects
- Oversees the end-to-end delivery of branding projects, from initial brief and strategic development through to creative execution and rollout
- Collaborates closely with strategy, design and leadership teams to shape compelling brand narratives, positioning and creative outputs
- Plays a key role in supporting the agency’s growth ambitions, contributing to a plan to significantly scale the business over the next three years
- Welcomes and nurtures prospective clients, working collaboratively with the wider team to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Takes a strategic and proactive approach to organic account growth, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand scope
- Provides guidance and support to account management and strategy teams, ensuring consistently high standards of delivery and thinking
- Guides clients through complex brand challenges, offering clear, commercially grounded advice that balances creativity with business objectives
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality, maintaining strong internal processes and workflows
- Supports new business efforts, including pitch development, proposal writing and contributing to inbound opportunities
- Mentors and develops junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Key Skills:
- Proven experience at Account Director / Client Director level (or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up) within a branding or creative agency environment
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and identity development
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships at senior levels
- Commercially minded, with experience contributing to both new business and organic account growth
- Confident communicator, able to articulate strategic and creative ideas clearly and persuasively
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities across multiple workstreams
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside multidisciplinary creative and strategy teams
- Ability to support and elevate internal teams, particularly across account management and strategy functions
