Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects across hospitality, residential or lifestyle initiatives, ensuring alignment with a commitment to exceptional guest experience and understated luxury
- Manage project lifecycles end-to-end, from planning and design through to execution and handover, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, architects and external partners to ensure projects reflect architecturally-led, culturally authentic environments
- Drive timelines, budgets and resource planning while proactively identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure all projects embody a strong service ethos through seamless execution, intuitive delivery and a guest-centric mindset
- Monitor project performance, prepare reporting for senior leadership, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Key Skills
- Proven project management experience within luxury hospitality, real estate development or lifestyle brands
