Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the strategic vision across key client accounts, shaping brand, campaign and experience thinking at the highest level
  • Defines and delivers best-in-class brand strategy, from positioning and architecture through to go-to-market and experience design
  • Partners closely with creative, experience and production teams to ensure strategy is translated into bold, impactful work
  • Acts as a senior client advisor, guiding C-suite stakeholders through complex business and brand challenges
  • Identifies and frames “defining moments” for clients—such as launches, transformations or repositioning opportunities—and builds strategic platforms around them
  • Drives integration across disciplines, ensuring cohesive thinking across brand, campaign, digital and experiential outputs
  • Plays a key role in new business, leading the strategic narrative in pitches and converting high-value opportunities
  • Contributes to the evolution of the agency’s strategic offering, methodologies and thought leadership
  • Mentors and elevates strategy teams, fostering rigorous thinking, curiosity and creative ambition

Key Skills

  • Proven experience at Strategy Director level within a leading branding or integrated creative agency
  • Deep expertise across brand strategy, communications planning and experience design
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect brand thinking to tangible growth outcomes
  • Track record of working on complex, high-profile or global brands
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, able to translate strategic insight into compelling narratives that inspire clients and creatives alike
  • Confident operating at C-suite level, with strong presence and influence in senior client relationships
  • Experience working across integrated projects spanning brand, campaign, digital and experience
  • Naturally curious, culturally attuned and forward-thinking, with an interest in emerging technology and its impact on brands
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing strategy teams
