With studios across the UK and US, it blends strategy, design, and activation to create brands that people “return to” and build into everyday rituals. Currently in a big transitional / growth phase

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of brand and campaign projects, from brief through to final execution
  • Lead smaller sprint projects independently, ensuring pace, quality, and clarity throughout
  • Act as a key day-to-day client contact, handling emails, status calls, and relationship building beyond AD level
  • Coordinate internal teams across strategy, design, and production to maintain momentum and alignment
  • Navigate fast turnaround timelines and high-pressure delivery environments with confidence
  • Support senior leadership in driving account growth, identifying opportunities, and strengthening client partnerships

Key Skills:

  • Strong Account Manager or Senior Account Manager experience within a creative or branding agency
  • Proven ability to independently run smaller, fast-paced projects with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple workstreams with tight deadlines
  • Excellent client presence, with confidence in communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to bridge client needs and creative team delivery
