Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple client accounts across FMCG and corporate sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior and C-suite clients, building strong relationships and driving long-term engagement
  • Identify and drive opportunities for organic growth across accounts, contributing to overall business development
  • Manage financial performance across accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Provide clear, action-oriented direction to cross-functional teams spanning strategy, creative, and client services
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in account leadership within a branding or creative agency, ideally with FMCG exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in financial management, forecasting, and budget oversight
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
