Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand, experience, and place-based strategies grounded in insight, research, and cultural understanding
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to uncover client challenges, opportunities, and long-term vision
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable strategic frameworks and creative briefs
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across design, digital, and environments to ensure cohesive outcomes
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesising findings into compelling narratives and recommendations
  • Present strategic thinking confidently to clients, guiding decision-making and ensuring alignment throughout projects

Key Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking across brand, experience, and/or placemaking with the ability to connect ideas across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Excellent research and insight development skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clarity
  • Confident facilitation and communication skills, both internally and with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional creative teams
  • High level of storytelling ability, translating strategy into engaging narratives and presentations
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with experience operating in a freelance or fast-paced agency environment
