Key Responsibilities

  • Leads senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Drives account growth through identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals and contributing to business development efforts
  • Oversees end-to-end project delivery, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively ambitious and commercially successful
  • Collaborates closely with strategy, design and delivery teams to translate client challenges into compelling creative solutions
  • Provides clear direction and mentorship to account teams, fostering high performance and professional development
  • Owns financial management of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and profitability tracking
  • Facilitates workshops, presentations and stakeholder engagement at C-suite level
  • Ensures consistent quality and alignment across brand, digital and built environment outputs
  • Acts as a key voice in shaping client strategy, aligning business objectives with creative execution

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience at Account Director (or equivalent) level within a creative, branding or design agency
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect brand, experience and environment into cohesive narratives
  • Proven track record of managing high-value, complex accounts across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial acumen, including scoping, pricing and revenue growth
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging senior client leadership
  • Deep understanding of integrated design processes spanning brand, digital and physical environments
  • Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and delivery excellence
