Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads key client relationships across property accounts
  • Acts as client partner on major placemaking projects
  • Oversees account management and delivery excellence
  • Mentors and develops a client services team (~5)
  • Drives strategic direction across retail and commercial briefs
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Collaborates with creative and strategy teams
  • Supports business growth and client retention

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in property, placemaking or real estate branding
  • Proven background in client leadership at AD/SAD level
  • Excellent account management and project delivery skills
  • Confident working with developers, landlords and stakeholders
  • Strong mentoring and team leadership ability
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable in a hybrid working environment
