Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted senior partner across brand, packaging, identity and innovation projects.
- Champion commercially effective creative work, ensuring projects balance strategic thinking with exceptional design craft.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex branding programmes, from briefing and positioning through to rollout and production.
- Drive organic growth opportunities across existing accounts through proactive thinking, strategic recommendations and identifying new business potential.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and production teams to shape compelling brand narratives and deliver distinctive market-leading work.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and senior stakeholder sessions with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative and operational standards.
- Mentor and support junior account team members, fostering a collaborative, ambitious and creatively driven culture.
- Contribute to agency growth through networking, industry awareness and identifying opportunities within premium, retail, FMCG and luxury sectors.
- Maintain a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competitive brand landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in brand design, packaging, creative or strategic agencies.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead high-profile accounts with confidence.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, packaging and brand strategy processes.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity, strategy and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management and operational capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design and production.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, creatively ambitious environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Passion for design, culture, innovation and building brands that connect emotionally with audiences.
- Experience within premium, luxury, retail or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
