Key Responsibilities:
- Drives new business opportunities and pipeline growth on key accounts
- Builds and nurtures strong client relationships
- Leads pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations

- Collaborates with strategy and creative teams on briefs

- Manages inbound leads and outbound prospecting

Key Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years in an agency / business development role who can fit in easily, with a good network, who understands agency processes, branding/packaging projects
- Strong commercial instinct with proven revenue generation
- Confident communicator with excellent pitching skills
- Proactive, energetic and highly self-motivated
- Ability to spot opportunities and act quickly
