Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior day-to-day client lead across a portfolio of luxury, hospitality, real estate, destination and lifestyle accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, developers, investors, operators and key project stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and delivery of brand strategy, positioning, naming, identity, content and marketing programmes across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial success at every stage.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Content, Production and Digital teams to deliver exceptional work that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Drive project planning, resource allocation, timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations and strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and proactively introduce additional consultancy services where appropriate.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, scopes of work and pitch presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Provide clear direction and mentorship to Account Managers and Account Executives, supporting their professional development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends across luxury, hospitality, property, architecture and premium consumer sectors.
  • Champion excellence in client service, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the agency’s commitment to intelligent thinking, attention to detail and world-class execution.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in an Account Director or Senior Account Manager role within a branding, design, marketing or consultancy environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-value clients within luxury, hospitality, real estate, destination branding, architecture or related sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to brand positioning, storytelling and business objectives.
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite and senior leadership level.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and profitability oversight.
  • Outstanding project management and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration across strategy, creative, content and production disciplines.
  • Experience overseeing integrated brand programmes spanning identity, content, digital, experiential and marketing touchpoints.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering work of exceptional quality.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of identifying and securing account growth opportunities.
