Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a strategic brand partnership, acting as the primary point of contact between all key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with an external brand partner, ensuring contractual commitments, deliverables, timelines and obligations are understood, tracked and delivered by both parties.
  • Coordinate partnership activation across a network of hotel operators throughout the EMEA region.
  • Build strong relationships with operator-level stakeholders, supporting successful implementation at individual property level.
  • Monitor programme performance against agreed KPIs and success measures.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track partnership effectiveness, compliance and engagement.
  • Identify risks, issues and opportunities, proactively driving solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, project updates and performance reviews.
  • Ensure consistency of execution and guest experience standards across multiple locations and markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align commercial, operational and partnership objectives.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, action plans and governance processes.
  • Support the ongoing optimisation and scalability of the partnership programme as it evolves.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, licensing agreements or commercial collaborations.
  • Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, retail, travel or consumer-facing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of partnership contracts, commercial obligations and stakeholder governance.
  • Demonstrable project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior brand partners, operators and internal teams.
  • Experience working across EMEA markets and navigating multi-country stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical capability, including KPI tracking, performance reporting and programme evaluation.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a freelance or contract environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Experience delivering partnership activations within hospitality or guest experience programmes would be advantageous.
