Key Responsibilities

• Manage branding and creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate internal creative teams, external partners and key stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively identifying risks and keeping workstreams on track.
• Facilitate communication between design, marketing, brand and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support the rollout of luxury brand assets across a variety of print, digital and experiential touchpoints.
• Maintain exceptional organisational standards while delivering projects that reflect the highest levels of luxury, creativity and attention to detail.

• Proven experience managing branding, design or creative projects within a branding agency or luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident working with senior internal teams, external partners and international clients.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
