Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of brand initiatives across multiple Dubai-based hospitality, residential and lifestyle projects, ensuring all activity aligns with global brand standards.
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external creative agencies, developers and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage the execution of brand launches, marketing campaigns and project milestones from concept through to completion.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including marketing collateral, digital channels, property communications and on-site experiences.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, development and operations teams to deliver integrated brand solutions.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they reflect the brand’s positioning, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and developments within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Support the development of brand guidelines, toolkits and best practices to maintain consistency across the regional portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic brand guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Brand Management within luxury hospitality, real estate, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand governance and integrated marketing.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through to execution.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across global and regional teams.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, timelines and external agency partners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standards.
