Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner across multiple branding projects.
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Partner closely with Strategy and Creative teams to deliver exceptional branding, packaging and campaign work.
- Identify opportunities for account growth while proactively resolving project challenges.
- Guide clients through the creative process, providing strategic advice and building long-term partnerships.
- Oversee project scope, commercial performance and resource planning to ensure successful delivery.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a branding, design or creative agency.
- Strong background working with FMCG or consumer brands, with an understanding of packaging and production.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at senior level.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
- Passion for branding, creativity and delivering outstanding client experiences with exceptional attention to detail.
