Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Manage branding projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business objectives, market and brand challenges to support strategic project delivery.
• Prepare project plans, scopes of work, budgets and status reports, maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with strategists, designers, writers and production partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and collaboratively.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and project reviews with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep work on track.
• Support financial management by overseeing budgets, estimates and project profitability where required.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
• Build strong internal relationships, collaborating across disciplines to ensure consistently exceptional project delivery.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a creative agency environment

• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting and reporting

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports

• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
