Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality digital assets for paid social and performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging static and motion-based creative, including display banners, paid social assets and digital campaign content.
- Edit low-fi video content, including adding branding, logos, transitions, vignettes and simple motion graphics to support campaign activity.
- Select and curate premium imagery and motion assets that align with campaign objectives and the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Build and adapt digital creative using tools such as Figma, Google Web Designer and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work independently to develop campaign concepts from brief through to final delivery, ensuring exceptional attention to detail throughout.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to produce digital content that delivers both brand consistency and commercial performance.
- Maintain exceptionally high creative standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Key Skills
- Proven experience delivering digital creative for paid social and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, display advertising, social creative and digital campaign work.
- Confident selecting premium imagery and motion assets to create visually compelling campaigns.
- Experience editing low-fi video content, including adding logos, simple animations, transitions and branded elements.
- Proficiency in Figma, Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.
- Experience within the luxury sector is essential; hospitality, travel or premium lifestyle brand experience would be highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
