Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive brand architecture framework across a complex portfolio of place-based assets, supporting a major Abu Dhabi placemaking project.The work centres around a large-scale brand architecture programme, developing a clear strategic framework acrossretail and lifestyle assets, spanning luxury retail, neighbourhood destinations, hospitality and mixed-use environments.
- Analyse and define relationships between multiple destinations, districts and retail propositions.
- Facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to align vision and business objectives.
- Develop clear positioning, naming and brand hierarchy recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with client service, creative and leadership teams to translate strategy into compelling creative direction.
- Present strategic thinking confidently to both internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Have at least 4 years of brand strategy experience, marketing campaigns and communications.
- Be an outstanding facilitator – experienced in designing and leading workshops, that enable creative leaps and break through political impasses.
- Experience of working in Architecture, placemaking or large-scale destination branding experience. Candidates must be comfortable working on complex brand architecture programmes across multiple assets and stakeholder groups.
- Positive and persuasive – able to inspire confidence in people at all levels, and a true ambassador for the company.
