Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branding and packaging projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day point of contact.
- Work closely with strategists, designers and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.
- Prepare project timelines, estimates and scopes of work, ensuring effective project management throughout.
- Support client presentations, status meetings and workshops, communicating clearly and confidently.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and commercial awareness.
Key Skills:
- Experience within a branding, design or creative agency in an Account Manager or similar client services role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets, timings and project profitability.
- Calm, organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for branding, creativity and delivering exceptional client experiences.
