Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling creative concepts and visual solutions across brand identity, print, digital and environmental applications.
  • Work collaboratively with Strategists, Creative Directors and Account teams to bring brand narratives to life through thoughtful and engaging design.
  • Create and evolve visual identities for hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, food & beverage and destination brands.
  • Translate strategic insights into distinctive creative ideas that are both emotionally engaging and commercially effective.
  • Design a wide range of brand assets including identity systems, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, guest experience touchpoints, editorial materials and digital content.
  • Support the development of pitch work, concept presentations and client-facing creative proposals.
  • Contribute to the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all applications and touchpoints.

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years’ experience within a branding, design or creative agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, visual storytelling and conceptual thinking across multiple touchpoints.
  • Excellent typography, layout, composition and visual communication skills.
  • Experience designing for hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, property or premium consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to translate strategic ideas and narratives into engaging visual concepts.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and how they extend across print, digital and experiential environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience creating presentation materials and client-facing creative documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship and high-quality execution.
