Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple branding projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact throughout each project.
- Drive commercial success by managing project finances, scopes, contracts, budgets and forecasting, whilst identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams to ensure seamless collaboration and outstanding project delivery.
- Support new business activity, contributing to pitches, proposals and presentations that showcase the agency’s capabilities.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the Client Services team, championing best practice across project management and client experience.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in an Account Director or Senior Account Director role within a branding or design agency.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, financial reporting and resource planning.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence senior clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex branding projects simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Passion for branding, creativity and design, with a strong understanding of the strategic and commercial value of brand.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting client partnerships.
