Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong day-to-day client relationships, becoming a trusted and dependable point of contact across projects and accounts.
  • Manage branding projects from initial brief through to final delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, scopes and internal resources.
  • Work closely with Strategy, Design and Brand Language teams to ensure projects are strategically rigorous, creatively ambitious and delivered seamlessly.
  • Develop clear project plans, status reports, budgets and documentation, keeping clients and internal teams informed throughout the process.
  • Support senior Client Services leads in identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop broader client partnerships.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches and new business opportunities, bringing a strong understanding of the client challenge and helping shape the agency response.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Account Manager experience within a branding, design or strategically led creative agency.
  • Good understanding of the branding process across strategy, positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, campaigns and implementation.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong project management and commercial skills, including experience managing scopes, budgets, timelines and multiple workstreams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges and keep complex projects moving.
  • Collaborative, curious and creatively minded, with a genuine interest in brands and the ability to work closely with strategists, designers and writers.
