Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision for multiple client projects, delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions that push the boundaries of brand development.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services to ensure efficient project resourcing, timely delivery, and adherence to budget, while also identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, confidently presenting and communicating design strategies and solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and empowering creative environment.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously researching and integrating emerging design and cultural trends into your work.
  • Work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to ensure design consistency throughout projects and to address complex strategic and design challenges effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive design experience within a brand/design agency, with a sharp focus on branding and creative design.
  • Deep expertise in design principles, combining strong creative excellence with conceptual thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate brand elements—including messaging, color, imagery, and typography—into impactful and cohesive deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and clearly articulating design strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience, inspiring and motivating teams while fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to set financial targets and effectively manage budgets.
