Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the contract.
  • Manage branding and packaging projects from brief through to final delivery, keeping projects on track, within budget and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Quickly develop a strong understanding of client brands, objectives and project requirements to provide informed account support.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, scopes of work and status updates.
  • Coordinate closely with strategy, creative, production and external suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations and regular project communications with confidence and professionalism.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, including budgets, estimates and project profitability where required.
  • Support opportunities to strengthen client relationships and identify potential additional project work where appropriate.
  • Bring a collaborative, adaptable approach, integrating seamlessly into the agency team and contributing from day one.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a branding, design, creative or packaging agency, ideally in a freelance or contract capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple fast-paced projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, estimates and project delivery.
  • Confident presenting work, managing expectations and navigating client conversations.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using agency project management and workflow tools.
  • An interest in branding, packaging and premium consumer brands, particularly within the wine, beer and spirits sector.
